1. What are your delivery charges?
Our shipping charges are $2.90 islandwide. If you purchase $80 and above, you are entitled to free shipping.
2. When will I receive my order?
Once we receive your order and payment, it will be packed. We will either use courier Qexpress or J&T Express. It will take approximately 2-3 days once your orders are passed to the courier. Delivery will be scheduled at the earliest possible slot.
3. I would like to self-collect. Is that possible?
Yes! We do offer self collection. Once payment have been made, you may drop us a DM or WhatsApp us to arrange on a date and time.
4. I do not have PayNow/PayLah!. Is there any other option to make payment?
You may do a bank transfer to our account instead. Details are in our payment page.
5. Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, however it is a case by case basis. Chat with us if you wish for this option.
6. "I have some issue when I make a transfer!" , "I need some time to make the transfer." "I have made my order in your website but I totally forgot to make my payment!"
What will happen to my order?
No worries! If you are facing this issue, do WhatsApp us at 96365437 or drop us a DM at IG (BabyGarageSG). If we did not receive any updates from you, we will hold your order for 24 hours before canceling your order. If you wish for an extension to make the payment, do drop us a WhatsApp/DM/Telegram.
7. I have place an order and made payment but I would like to add on more. Can I do so?
Definitely! However we cannot do so if we have already pass your parcel to the courier. Check with us by dropping a DM or WhatsApp at 96365437.
